- Price
The web app, VS Code extension, and desktop app, including editing, are all currently free. No paid products or services are sold. If we start charging for editing in the desktop app, we will publish the seller, price, payment methods, payment timing, delivery, and cancellation and refund conditions on this page and in the terms of service at least 30 days before charges begin.
- Additional costs
We charge no fees. You pay internet connection costs.
- Returns and refunds
No paid products are currently sold. Refunds for a purchased paid plan follow the Refunds section of the terms. Contact support@nagi-md.com with your purchase date and email.
- System requirements and conditions
The Windows app supports Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit (x64). See the system requirements for required runtimes and other details. The Mac app is coming soon. The desktop app offers every feature, including editing, without a trial or sign-in. See the terms of service.
